About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Davita, Inc. in Mukilteo Speedway. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and comfortable dialysis treatment experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
