About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a leadership role on our Med Surg Medical Unit at AdventHealth Heartland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients on assigned units, demonstrating a high level of competence and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical ancillary team members to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of acute care experience as an LPN, with a strong background in patient assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking.
