Job Summary:

As an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering questions, and assisting with seating arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the venue, resolving guest complaints, and verifying tickets for authenticity. Additionally, you will provide assistance to guests with special needs and participate in venue recycling efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue.
  • Answer guest questions and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the venue.
  • Resolve guest complaints and verify tickets for authenticity.
  • Provide assistance to guests with special needs.
  • Participate in venue recycling efforts.
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
  • Assist with verifying staff credentials to restricted areas.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
