Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Department at Saint Alphonsus Health System. As an RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

About the Role:

This full-time position is located at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As an Endoscopy RN, you will care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, utilizing your expertise to provide exceptional care and promote patient well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on patient needs, utilizing your knowledge and skills to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate information exchange and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • A current RN license is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the care team and effectively manage time.
