We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents in their homes or in our care facilities.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including walking, transferring, and positioning, to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Support residents with toileting needs, including assistance with bedpans, urinals, and incontinence care.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
  • Document resident status and care provided, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members.
Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between campuses.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
