Job Title: Truck Driver

At The Walsh Group, we are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least three tons to transport goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a truck to move and/or transport materials as required by the jobsite
  • Have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
  • May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment
  • May perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Requires commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • 3-5 years of truck driving experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
  • Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
