Woodshop Fabricator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our production team as a Custom Closet Assembly Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling custom closet systems, ensuring high-quality finishes, and meeting customer expectations.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing their problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional results.

• Assemble custom closet systems using various tools and equipment, including contour edgebanders and sliding table saws.
• Operate CNC machines to cut and assemble drawer boxes and other components.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating power tools and machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
