Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist Assistant position requires participation in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Offer adaptive equipment and preventative measures to prevent decline in residents' function.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident reports as required by regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety procedures, and employee guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications:
• Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present information effectively to supervisors.

Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
