About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sage Eldercare Solutions. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance and companionship to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Promote clients' quality of life through meaningful activities and conversations
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, as well as transportation as needed
  • Follow care plans and instructions, communicating changes and concerns with the Sage Home Care Manager
  • Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with a Home Care agency
  • Experience working with dementia clients
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Passion for working with seniors to improve their quality of life
