The Dignify Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Linux and Python systems administration. In this role, you will be working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of our applications with our infrastructure.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description
  • R package administration: Ensure that R packages are properly installed, updated, and managed on our systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues with R package loading and installation: Provide timely support to users experiencing issues with R package loading and installation.
  • Python package administration: Manage Python packages on our systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and configured correctly.
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues with python package loading and installation: Assist users with issues related to Python package loading and installation.
  • Posit workbench administration: Oversee the administration of Posit Workbench, including configuration, security, and performance optimization.
  • Workbench session management using Kubernetes and HPC scheduler: Develop and implement strategies for efficient workbench session management using Kubernetes and HPC scheduler.
  • User issue management: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Load monitoring: Monitor system loads and optimize resource allocation to ensure smooth performance.
  • User onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to help new users get started with our systems.
  • Administration of content management: Manage content across our platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • User access, authentication: Implement robust security measures to control user access and authentication.
  • Resolution of app runtime issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting application runtime performance.
  • ACL access management to files and directories: Establish and enforce secure access controls for sensitive data.

  • Linux server and Kubernetes cluster config management: Configure and manage Linux servers and Kubernetes clusters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Installation of Luster client: Install and configure Luster clients as needed.
  • Job scheduling, Job monitoring of Altair: Design and implement job scheduling and monitoring systems for Altair applications.
  • User session management of Altair: Manage user sessions for Altair applications, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Overall maintenance of the grid: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the health and stability of our grid infrastructure.
  • EC2 runtime operations: Optimize EC2 runtime operations to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • RDS Upgrade: Plan and execute upgrades to RDS databases to improve performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot Cloud Watch EKS: Investigate and resolve issues affecting Cloud Watch EKS functionality.
  • DevOps: Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of development and operations processes.
  • Linux Administration: Provide expert-level support for Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • GXP Change Management : Develop and implement change management processes for GXP-related changes.
