Job Title: Sales Associate

At Mor Furniture For Less Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge all customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits, showcasing our extensive range of furniture and home decor items.
  • Process sales orders, complete financing paperwork, and maintain display models to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Discuss available options, including good, better, and best choices, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Read daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient product flow.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
