About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Speare Memorial Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized patient care based on patient assessments and medical histories
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive plans of care that address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire
  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and management (previous experience in a hospital setting preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (as applicable)
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with specialized certifications, such as ENPC or TNCC, and those with experience in Intensive Care, Emergency Department, or Ambulatory Care settings are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
