As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will work closely with the culinary team to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a passion for food and beverage, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and service standards
- Develop and implement marketing programs to drive sales and revenue growth
- Optimize staffing levels to meet business demands
- Complete administrative tasks, reports, and projects as required
- Minimum one year experience in a high-volume restaurant or 4-star hotel
- Proven track record of achieving financial results and developing people to reach goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Passion for food and beverage, with a strong desire for development and growth
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and with priority deadlines
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and experience with Info-Genesis
