Relationship Banker

We are seeking a Relationship Banker to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. As a key member of our banking center, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about banking products and services, and assisting with transactions. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a strong understanding of banking principles. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.

• Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized service
• Answer questions about banking products and services
• Assist with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Earn and maintain trust with customers by being knowledgeable and responsive to their needs
• Create debit cards and perform other tasks as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
