Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at WSH Management, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the upkeep of our properties, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Conduct exterior maintenance, including grounds upkeep and pressure washing
• Keep the appearance of the property in excellent condition, including the upkeep of buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience or apartment maintenance experience
• On-call and weekend service experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven working experience in electrical, appliance repairs, and janitorial/porter work
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
• Candidate must have own transportation and a valid driver's license

• $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
• On-call for after-hours emergencies
