Job Summary:

At Complete Care at Lehigh, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care, including signs and symptoms that can be indicative of change.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
