Loader Operator

Job Summary

Cemex is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to transport materials and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to transport materials and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to equipment operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, bilingualism is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Environment

• Exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor work
• Use of protective equipment required
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Physical Demands

• Walking, lifting, and climbing involved
• Ability to exert force when necessary
• Good communication skills required
