Job Summary

HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including rehabilitation and surgical patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
