About the Job

As a Senior Food Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications, and operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift

You will also be required to adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
