At Lifespace Communities, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving residents.
  • Initiate resident needs assessments, safety checks, and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
  • Promptly respond to call lights and regularly assess residents' needs to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
