We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Complete Care at Severna Park LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within the scope of practice and maintain accurate records of treatments administered.
- Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate a change in condition.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and promote a culture of wellness and prevention.
Requirements:
- Active (RN) Registered Nurse license and current certification in CPR/BLS.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
