**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of associates in the warehouse environment and developing and implementing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

**Salary Range**

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$115,000.00.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and develop a team of associates in the warehouse environment*

* Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes*

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures*

Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree in Business or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience*

* Excellent communication and leadership skills*
