Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, processing transactions, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Promote financial products and services to customers, such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
