About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed.
  • Observe patient conditions and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current Colorado CNA license in good standing.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • At least six (6) months of recent healthcare experience.
  • Ability to travel to surrounding areas.
