Warehouse Distribution Coordinator

About the Job

We are hiring a skilled Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to join our Domestic Shipping team at our Winchester, VA warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Route daily domestic freight according to TMS Rate Shop Tool to achieve optimal shipping times and costs.
  • Process small package shipments UPS through World Ship and FedEx as needed.
  • Dispatch and coordinate full truck load freight with available vendors and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and suggest cost-saving measures to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in shipping/logistics or related field preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills necessary.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
