**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Default Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team at Superior Loan Servicing. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the foreclosure process for non-qualified mortgage (non-QM) loans in default.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the foreclosure process for non-QM mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
  2. Analyze delinquent loan accounts, identify foreclosure risks, and determine appropriate foreclosure strategies with the Lender(s) and refer to foreclosure.
  3. Maintain communication with external parties such as foreclosure attorneys, trustees, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in foreclosure servicing, specifically with non-QM, business-purpose, or private money loans.
  • Experience working with internal departments, clients, and attorneys.
  • Familiarity with loss mitigation strategies and investor guidelines.
