Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with other disciplines, and utilize your expertise to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals and participate in hourly rounding.
  • Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, and may be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
  • Prefer 1 year of acute care experience but will consider new graduate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice.
