Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Omega Innovations. As a key member of our Operations Center, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient cloud infrastructure solutions to support business growth and innovation
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform, ensuring seamless network operations and optimal user experience
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides (TSGs), and playbooks to continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review blueprints for the further development of our cloud strategy
  • Manage services within our service environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
