Precision Toolmaker Expert

We are seeking an experienced Precision Toolmaker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a skilled Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using CAD software.

• CAD Design: Utilize advanced CAD software to design and develop precision tools and equipment.
• Parts Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of parts for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools and instruments.
• Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in tool and die making, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD design, with a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Extensive experience in inspecting parts for quality and accuracy.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• A commitment to safety and quality.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
