About the JobThis is a 13-week travel assignment with a 36-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work with a top healthcare client and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services, including interventions and education, to patients with various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve team goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
