We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Patient Assistance and Revenue Cycle team as a Patient Financial Counselor. In this role, you will provide personalized support to patients navigating the billing process, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their accounts. Your excellent communication skills and ability to resolve complex issues will make you a valuable asset to our team.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Provide exceptional patient experience through superior customer service and problem-solving* Maintain knowledge of state and federal guidelines, regulations, and departmental policies* Process patient complaints, seek resolution, and implement solutions* Inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

* Proven ability to make and receive 100+ phone calls a day* Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communications skills* Solution-focused with excellent problem-solving skills* Bilingual in Spanish

Work Environment:

* Hybrid remote in Nashville, TN 37211* Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work

Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
