ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Doctorate degree with a valid medical license in the respective state.
- Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty.
- Ability to secure and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Compliance with OSF's professional malpractice and liability coverage standards.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the state to prescribe controlled substances, if applicable.
