Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Shift Leader to join our team at KFC. As a Night Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff during evening shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff during evening shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Coach and develop restaurant staff, providing timely feedback and training to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of shifts and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with KFC's safety, security, and profitability policies and procedures, including food safety standards and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • Standing on feet for long periods, with occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Wearing a headset and working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
