  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Life and Health License is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
