Job Summary

CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Metrology/Calibration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing cost-effective equipment and facility engineering solutions for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective equipment and facility engineering solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment and facility upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage and prioritize project schedules and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive project management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Metrology equipment maintenance and calibration practices
  • Strong communication and project management skills
