Job Summary:

USI Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer services and support, with expertise in managing, strategizing, and executing technology within departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure resources and ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Machine Learning Workspace, Container Apps, App Services, API Management, Application Gateway, and Front Door.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, implement, and maintain USI systems and related technology, including storage, virtualization environments, cloud, and server platforms.


Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MCSE/MCSA certification preferred.
  • 4-6 years of IT-related experience in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of Okta, VMWare, and Rubrik.
  • Proven experience identifying security vulnerabilities and eliminating them with strategic solutions.
  • Experience with Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
  • Knowledge of system and network monitoring tools (PRTG).
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and people skills.
