Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet customer needs
  • Oversee electrical construction activities, including scheduling, material management, and labor allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred
