Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Oversight: Manage all phases of products liability cases from initiation to conclusion, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication, strategic advice, and high-quality legal representation.
- Research & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on intricate products liability matters, remaining updated on changing laws and regulations in the consumer products sector.
- Document Preparation: Draft compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the relevant state Bar.
- 3 to 6 years of pertinent experience in products liability litigation, ideally focusing on consumer products.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
- Exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Strong oral advocacy skills with courtroom experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
