Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a skilled RN to fill a Critical Care position at First Connect. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage critically ill patients: Utilize your expertise to identify potential complications and implement interventions to prevent or mitigate adverse outcomes.
  • Develop effective treatment plans: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care strategies that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Record patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
  • Active Oregon RN license: Unencumbered licensure is necessary for this role.
  • AHA BLS certification: Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • Prior ED experience: While prior experience in the Emergency Department is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a guaranteed hour of 36 per week.
