Highlights:
- Full-time employment with a typical schedule of 5 clinic days per week
- Daily patient census: 20-25 per clinic day

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO degree required
- BE/BC in Family Medicine and/or Sports Medicine
- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Arizona
