Universal Orlando Resort is on the lookout for a talented individual to enhance our Operational Finance division. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering analytical insights, data analysis, and reporting for our Marketing and Sales initiatives. Work in close partnership with operational teams and finance divisions to ensure exceptional service delivery and to boost financial performance. You will play a key role in meeting departmental timelines, adhering to company protocols, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Engage in financial assessments with senior management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of financial outcomes and provide strategic guidance.
- Design financial models and return on investment analyses utilizing advanced methodologies.
- Implement automation and data extraction processes through SQL, Access, EDW, and Excel.
- Generate accurate and timely business reports leveraging Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Project essential metrics and offer budgetary assistance informed by market trends.
- Support annual budget formulation based on business objectives and trends.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is mandatory.
- A Master's degree is highly regarded.
- Over 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably with a focus on analytics.
