Job Summary

This is a travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on health education, wound care, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimal care.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress, including treatment plans, medication regimens, and any changes or concerns.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in Home Health Nursing required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in Home Health Nursing.
