Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital – St. Louis is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to serve our community.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs
  • Initiating appropriate nursing interventions and providing care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Documenting medical necessity in the medical record and completing the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performing timely and accurate Quality Improvement assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be licensed in IL and MO
  • Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma
  • Have current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Hold CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred
  • Have a minimum of six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment
