Position Overview:

UC Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (Clinical Supervisor - LPN) for the Bridgeway Pointe unit at the Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care.

The Bridgeway Pointe Nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents based on assessed needs, established care standards, and in accordance with policies and procedures. This unit accommodates a total of 72 residents within our assisted living facility, along with additional beds designated for memory care. Our nursing staff is responsible for administering medications and providing exceptional care to residents within our facility.
