Job Summary

Clear Path for Veterans is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the administration of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and implement employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits information.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and other analytics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including training programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and benefits laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
