Job Title: Senior Circuitry Design Engineer

Acro Service Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Circuitry Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our circuitry team, you will be responsible for designing and developing wire harnesses for vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop wire harnesses for vehicle programs, including engine, engine room main, instrument panel, floor, door, and roof.
  • Create sub-system wiring diagrams, fuse load lists, grounding system layouts, and wire harness drawings based on system component specifications.
  • Interface with system component engineers, including bus system, head lamp, air bag ECU, audio, engine fuel ignition ECU, and others.
  • Formulate drawings on CAD systems, including wire harness cabling design.
  • Support and troubleshoot wiring harness-related issues during prototype build stages.
  • Participate in teams to resolve development and current production problems, identifying root causes and presenting findings to circuit leaders.
  • Work to schedules in a timely manner and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline, with fundamental electrical design knowledge, electrical preferred.
  • Experience with 2D electrical CAD software, such as Zuken Cabling Designer, Capital, or Mentor Graphics.
  • 5 or more years of experience as an electrical design engineer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS degree in engineering.
  • Experience in vehicle electronics development.
  • Experience in wire harness development.
