Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments to prospective residents
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, team members, and vendors
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  
• Participate in resident social activities and events
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
  
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to maintain a professional office and work space
  
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and internet
