About the Role

As a Radiologic Technologist in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will provide crucial technical support to physicians and ensure the highest quality care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals throughout all phases of these procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide competent and proficient technical support during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Implement procedural standards and protocols while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care, including providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain professional growth and development by staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of radiology.
  • Current RT license in the State of Illinois.
  • Current ARRT registry.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
  • Typically requires 1+ years of interventional or procedural experience (Cath Lab, OR, IR).
