Position Overview

Role: Golf Course Laborer/Snowmaker

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Location: Pocono Hills Golf Course

This role involves a commitment to work on weekends and holidays as part of the standard schedule. Flexibility in shifts may be required during peak periods, particularly during high-demand seasons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in comprehensive maintenance of the golf course, including mowing, weed control, sand trap raking, leaf blowing, and waste removal.
  • Assist with snowmaking operations during winter months, primarily during the third shift.
  • Maintain a consistent and timely work output while ensuring a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting to varying weather conditions.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in golf course maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid PA Driver's License is required.
