Merchandising Specialist

We're seeking a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting. As a Merchandiser, you'll cultivate relationships with in-store management, execute merchandising resets, build retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks. If you're comfortable in changing environments, possess excellent organizational skills, and are a strong communicator, we'd love to hear from you.

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
• Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Resides within 20 miles of Sayre, PA/ Elmira, NY
